Career Mentorship Program
In partnership with Bay Area professional associations and alumni networks, FWL pairs members looking for support and guidance in their professional lives with career women who have the corresponding experience and desire to share their learnings in a mentoring relationship.
Considering being a mentor?
If you have considerable experience in general management, marketing, consulting, nonprofit, social enterprise, sustainability, entrepreneurship, or other related fields, please consider becoming a mentor. This is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your network, share your perspective, and empower another woman at a significant juncture in her career.
Looking for a mentor?
If you are new to the workforce, debating a career change, looking for guidance navigating office politics or related issues you should consider being a mentee. This is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your network, gain the advice, support and the voice of experience from a Mentor and develop your personal and professional skills.
Program Details: This program is a six month commitment that can be carried out over the phone, via email or in person. A mentoring orientation will be provided to both mentors and mentees via teleconference in early February to jumpstart the relationship.
We are no longer accepting Mentee applications for the 2010 program. If you are interested in being a Mentor please contact careermentorship@futurewomenleaders.net
