:: Women's College Mentoring Program

Future Women Leaders College Mentoring Program assists college women in obtaining career development guidance from an experienced professional. If you are a Junior or Senior looking to apply for competitive positions in the business world, FWL members are available to mentor you. Mentees will be paired up with alumnae who have been through the recruiting process and can provide valuable advice. This is an excellent opportunity for you to connect with professionals working in your area of interest or to gain insight into your desired profession.

In this program, you will find answers to questions like these:

:: What are key factors that will make me a successful job applicant?
:: How can I improve my cover letter and resume and make them stand out?
:: How do I sharpen my interviewing skills and make an excellent impression?
:: Where do I develop personal and professional networks?

If you are a college Junior or Senior who is interested in being matched with a FWL mentor, please fill out the Mentee Application and email it to FWL at collegementorship@futurewomenleaders.net.

We are looking for enthusiastic FWL members who are willing to volunteer their time and share their experience, advice, and encouragement with an undergraduate student. This is a great opportunity for you to support and empower a younger generation of future women leaders.
