Each year Future Women Leaders sponsors programs that provide our members the opportunity to explore their future and develop themselves as leaders, including the following:

• Event Series

  Each month, FWL hosts professional, personal development, and social events for our members and the community at large. Events include skills workshops, industry panels, networking receptions, cultural events, and more! See our calendar for upcoming and past events. As a community-serving organization, we welcome your ideas and input in crafting our future events.

• Leadership Development Program

  Future Women Leaders designed the LDP to meet the expressed need of local high-potential young            professional women to become successful and inspirational leaders not only of their own lives, but of the   people and organizations they touch.

• MBA Mentorship

  In partnership with the Association of Women MBAs (AWM), FWL offers the MBA mentorship program, which supports Bay Area female business school applicants through mentorship pairings with alumnae of top business schools.

• College Mentoring

  Future Women Leaders has launched the College Mentoring Program to assist college women in obtaining career development guidance from an experienced professional. If you are a Junior or Senior looking to apply for competitive positions in the business world, FWL members are available to mentor you.

• Career Mentorship

  In partnership with Bay Area professional associations and alumni networks, FWL pairs members looking for support and guidance in some aspect of their professional lives with career women who have the        corresponding experience and desire to share their learnings in a mentoring relationship.
  

• Entrepreneurship Program

  New this year, the Future Women Leaders' Entrepreneurship Program is a six month program designed to support budding or established entrepreneurs, develop business leadership skills and provide networking opportunities with other start-ups.
