:: Programs

Each year Future Women Leaders sponsors programs that provide our members the opportunity to explore their future and develop themselves as leaders, including the following:
  • Leadership Development Program

    This class gave me some skills to use and questions to ask in order to achieve greater success in both my work and my personal life. It was essential for me to realize that I need to ask for what I want in order to receive it and that I need to ask others what they want in order to best work with them. It all boils down to increasing communication and being more deliberate with my actions. I will continue to work on and adapt my personal goals.
